tree and chicken agriculture

Has anyone tried planting olive trees and raising chicken in the same area? what if someone plants 1000 olive trees to generate olive products and also raise 2000 or more chicken in the same area. we would generate eggs, meet, more chicken on monthly basis + getting olives yearly!!!!
I think its a good idea to raise chicken in area where already olive or any other fruit plant is cultivated. my question is can we start this business, is it feasible or not provided we have huge lands in village (mountainuous areas)
